Oasis Fashion opened its first store in the U.K in 1991. We then got listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1995. Our growth and expansion continued in a steady rise and 1998 we were able to purchase the Coast stores increasing the number of stores we have in the U.K. In 2003 an investor group led by Kaupthing Bank with the support of Baugur Group acquired Oasis and Coast stores. In this takeover, Karen Millen and Whistles brand got added to our portfolio under a new name Mosaic Fashions. From the merger of various fashion houses, we were able to see and get influences from different designers across Europe. We were able to get ideas and inspiration which has enabled our stores today to have a wide variety of clothes suitable for different women.

Aurora Fashions would result in 2009 purchase Oasis, Warehouse, and Coast store. In 2013 the two companies were demerged but were both led by Liz Evans. Today we have 80 stores in the United Kingdom and Iceland, and we are also venturing into the Canadian market.
