Why create an account ?

By creating an account, you can save your delivery information and invoices to make future purchases faster and easier. It will also allow Patatam to process your orders and offer you items adapted to your needs in order to make it easier for you to find the best clothes for your children.

How to change my account information ?

What if I have lost my password ?

How to make sure that the clothes you sell are in good condition ?

Our team is composed of professional buyers specialized in children's fashion. Each item received at our premises is meticulously examined by hand before being purchased by us and then put on sale on our website. Thus our team is able to determine our ability to resell an item or not and thus guarantee its quality. We are extremely strict about the quality of the clothes and only accept items in "excellent condition". All items found, stained, torn, washed out or with obvious signs of wear and tear will be systematically rejected. The slightest spot, the slightest halo wave, in short the slightest imperfection will cause the item to be eliminated. We also systematically reject a number of brands that are not considered to be of sufficient quality, as well as items without size and brand.

What does the term "New With Label" mean ?

The label on the photos is there to help you easily identify new clothes with original labels that have never been worn. These items are qualified as Brand New With Label and systematically have the original label, sometimes with the price, attached. You can select "Display only new items" on the Patatam.com website to view only this type of item.

What does "unavailable" mean for an article ?

An item is unavailable if it has already been purchased. It is technically impossible to order an unavailable item.

How are clothes that are twice the size classified ?

If an item has a specified size in an age range, for example 12-18 months, we choose the largest size to classify it. In this case, an article 12-18 months with us will be in the 18-month category and the information « 12-18 months » will be specified on the article sheet

How often is your catalogue update ?

We add new items every day, depending on arrivals. So come back often to Patatam to take full advantage of new arrivals. And don't forget that each item is unique. So don't miss any opportunities!

Can I return an item if it does not suit me ?

You have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return of the item.

Any request for return should be made by contacting us by clicking here or by sending an email to support.uk@patatam.com. You will then have to specify your order number, the items you wish to return to us and the reason for your return.

Can I modify or cancel an order after having paid it ?

No modification of the order is possible from the moment the order has been paid for. Cancelling an order is possible as long as the order has not been prepared. To do so, contact us at the following address: support.uk@patatam.com giving us all the necessary information.

Can I order outside United-Kingdom ?

Unfortunately, Patatam Limited currently only delivers to the United Kingdom. To order in other countries, go to the French site www.patatam.com

My items have disappeared from my cart. What happened ?

If the items you have placed in your shopping cart disappear during the purchase process or during a subsequent visit, this is normal. It's just that someone else bought the item you were interested in before you. Don't worry: it is impossible to pay for an item that is no longer available.

How soon will I be delivered ?

Your order is generally prepared and delivered to the carrier within 2 working days. We do our best to respect these deadlines but if by any chance the deadlines should be significantly longer, we will notify you by email in advance.

Delivery times are independent of Patatam and depend on the carrier. Generally our carriers deliver within 72 hours after delivery of the package.

What are the shipping costs ?

The shipping cost for the United Kingdom is £2.00 with Royal Mail.

My order has still not been delivered ?

If you notice an abnormally long delay in the delivery of your order, do not hesitate to contact our customer service department support.uk@patatam.com. We will do everything possible with the carrier concerned to speed up delivery. If your order is lost (damaged), we will refund you the order.

To use a promotional code, simply enter the code that has been specified to you in your shopping cart. The rates will then be automatically updated before your payment.

Any omission to use a code cannot be applied later.
